Roy Jones Jr. vs. Scott Sigmon

In what is being billed as his farewell match, Roy Jones Jr. (65-9, 47 KOs) will fight Scott Sigmon (30-11-1, 16 KOs) in a ten round, cruiserweight bout on Thursday, February 8th. The fight is scheduled to take place at the Pensacola Bay Center in Pensacola, Florida, and it will air on the UFC Fight Pass. The 49 year old Jones looks to walk away from the fight game with 66 wins, and a new title belt for his collection... The World Boxing Union (German Version) Cruiserweight Title. Jones last fought and defeated bareknuckle boxing champ, Bobby Gunn on February 17, 2017 in Wilmington, Delaware.

Sigmon, who is 19 years Jones' junior, is a veteran fighter from Virginia. He has faced a number of talented fighters including Kelly Pavlik, Caleb Truax, Ronald Gavril, and Luis Arias over the course of his ten year career. He most recently defeated Javier Frazier via unanimous decision on August 27, 2017.
